“Y/n stop." His tone, it sent shivers down your spine. Spirits. He sounded like Ozai.
You kept walking, your eyes locked onto the door.
"As your prince, I command you to STOP.” He was almost shouting now, his voice thick with emotion. Desperation. You reached the doorway to the hall and put your hand on it, pausing for a moment.

Summary
The war was now over, leaving Zuko to take up the mantle of Fire Lord in order to lead his people and the world into a state of harmony with the help of Aang and his newfound family.
His days were filled with constant streams of paperwork and meetings, occupied by demands and requests from various connections he had built during his reign. Life became stagnant, feeling himself settle into a rut while growing tired of the whispers of an heir circulating around the palace.
He chose to focus to move onto the next task - creating a tether with the Northern Water Tribe. The duty would prove to be much greater than anyone had anticipated considering the long-term damage caused by his father.
However, it wouldn't be the headstrong elders or the rigorous journey to the fortress that would make matters more difficult for him.
