Summary
Marc rolls his shoulders as he steps into his house. He's grown accustomed to his role as the demon ambassador to Earth, but he doesn't think he will ever be completely comfortable in this world where even the air and gravity are different from his home. He no longer stays solely because he's the most trustworthy higher demon willing to take the job, though. There's something far more important keeping him here these days.

Mo Ran’s eyes grow progressively wider as he lists the items.
