There’s a brief pause. Then:
“I don’t know what you did,” Haruka says, and Kiryu tilts his head back to just barely catch the pointed look in her eyes, “but you deserve it.”-

top 5 fics ever
i was a really big fan of the quiet innuendo towards kiryus own gender identity/identity as a whole- that being “masculine” doesn’t need to be all encompassing
i also like how the ending is rather open ended— goro doesn’t necessarily accept goromi as part of himself, but allows both to coexist for himself. or at least has inklings of doing so.
i love how the sex feels emotional and fulfilling, even if it’s a kink scene.
i was wondering for a while how long kiryu would go denying that goromi and goro were the same person, and the way it came together didn’t disappoint!
