Summary
Ghiaccio is alive, by the grace of God and Giorno Giovanna alone. His newest mission is to kill a member of the English Royal Family, because Giorno Giovanna wants to kill him again.
Through a series of unfortunate events, Ghiaccio has to learn the rules of speed skating, learn what Eric Peneton (descended from whatever a Pendleton is and also probably King James the Forty-Fucketh) does for fun, and go deeper undercover than usual, which is a single bedsheet. He doesn't have a stealth Stand, he doesn't have the time, and he doesn't have the fucking patience for this.
The bastard's an Olympic judge, Jesus Christ on a bike.
