Summary
In a world with a basically non-existent male population. women have thrived with artificial insemination. However, there are still men, kept under the government's protection in a programme called "The Family." Every year a dating show is held and every year five lucky (yeah, right, more like rich) women win and are married off to one of the few. Day is the protagonist, a 'regular' girl who has no interest in men, never having even seen one, yet everything spirals when her sister enters her into the dating game show. She, feeling obligated, agrees and goes on it, her love for food very evident despite being on TV, there's also another who is quite fond of culinary....maybe she'll end up enjoying this experience? Or was it, and it will it still remain, rigged all along? P.S. This is an Almond x Day story, focusing specifically on that ship.
