Jeongguk made a checklist in his head of things he wanted. To fuck Jimin? Yes. To kiss him? Yep. Hold his hand? Definitely. Cuddle him on the couch and spoon him in bed? Absolutely. Fall asleep with him and wake up with him? Desperately. Be the person Jimin came to when he needed someone? Check. Take him on dates? Uh-huh. Call him his boyfriend? That too.
Jeongguk let his imagination spin out around him. He wanted to cook for Jimin and kiss him while he sat on the counter, getting so caught up in each other that the food burnt and they had to order in. He wanted to shower together and make stupid shapes with shampoo in each other's hair, and then kiss until the water went cold. He wanted to take him dancing, and then slip away to be the one getting him off in the bathroom. He wanted to tuck Jimin's always cold hands into his pockets on walks. He wanted to give him his sweatshirts to wear. He wanted to take him to his favourite restaurants and make sure he ate enough. He wanted to spend all night mapping out ways to make him feel good.

--------Jungkook was standing up, leaning his forearms over the low fabric partition that separated their desks. He was smiling brightly, pointing a finger directly at Jimin's monitor.
"I saw the little 'Jimin is typing' bubbles popping up on Slack for like two minutes, so I figured you were taking a break from your presentation," Jungkook said, completely oblivious to the murderous intent radiating from Jimin's soul. "Since you're answering now, I can just walk you through my notes! It's super fast, I promise."
Jimin slowly slid his headphones down to his neck. His sanctuary was breached. His code was under attack. Synchronous, unprompted communication was happening.
His boring, ordinary life was officially over.

Summary
Jeongguk lives next door to Jimin’s boyfriend, which really shouldn’t be a problem. Except Jimin has a way of making Jeongguk fall flat on his face in love every time they make eye contact. So it’s definitely, in fact, a problem.
Then there is the fact that the walls are ridiculously thin: also a huge problem until, suddenly, it isn't.

Summary
They blew out the lanterns and laid down next to each other. Jimin desperately tried to keep a gap between them, but Jeongguk didn’t seem to understand his intention and inched closer.
“We need to be quite close to each other so that the duvet is enough for both of us,” Jeongguk whispered in the dark. “Also it’s easier to keep warm that way.”
The warmth was still seeping through the floor, Jimin didn’t know what Jeongguk was talking about.
“I’m perfectly warm,” he whispered.
Or, It was supposed to be a simple business trip, but it became something entirely different.
