Summary
He's got a new neighbor. Just moved into the apartment at the end of the hallway. Toji spots him in the elevator, or smoking on the common balcony.
Late at night, he slinks around like a black cat. Young, early twenties. Wears shorts, bare milky legs out, feet in slides. He wears his hair long and loose, and he’s got dark circles under his eyes. Probably an insomniac - he’s heading out to work in the morning when Toji goes to bed, and he’s out there smoking when Toji goes out at night for a job.
