Summary

That, and avoid discovery and persecution for the pile of Death Eaters and Snatchers she’d left behind while on the run. She honestly hadn’t meant to kill them, but Harry had needed to be protected at all costs, and a girl had to eat. However, what she had not counted on when returning to Hogwarts, was that the school’s territory had already been claimed by another apex predator.
Or the one where Hermione Granger is a succubus who accidentally kills when she feeds, and Severus Snape is a vampire who can’t die.

Then she’d sent a hex straight at the alpha’s balls. Which wasn’t a mistake so much as a point of pride. Detention and house points be damned.
When she learned that Tom Riddle, the school’s most senior alpha, was assigned to oversee their detention, Hermione almost felt a tinge of regret.
