“...Get out.” How disgusting was the taste of bilis in his mouth. “Get out of here!” He barked.
Shiro had committed more atrocities than he had been able to keep count of while he had been held captive, yet nothing compared to the expression he saw on Keith’s face. He had never felt guilt like that before.
“Now!” Shiro demanded. He was losing his head, it hurt too much. One accidental look at Keith’s vest, at the small blade he must have forgotten to hide, and the lines between reality and the past few years became blurred.

He also didn't expect to basically being forced to adopt a new and creepy little pokemon, which appeared to have taken a like to him. And most importantly, he was not expecting to fall back into a spiral of feelings that should have been buried a long, long time ago.
