The blonde had a small frame that fit snug into his white medical coat and a stethoscope placed purposefully around his neck. Small, pale hands pressed buttons on the machine and concentrated on making adjustments.
Then he turned to address Craig properly.
“Hmm, heart rate is a little high…normal rhythm though…”

Summary

While Craig fell head-over-heels for Kenny McCormick, and the two moved in together upon graduation, Tweek up and disappeared from the surface of the earth, only to reappear in South Park as a shell of what he once was.
