After the fight with Nirvana and the following canon events, Yoo Jonghyuk is going through a rollercoaster of emotions as he continues to stare at the so-called 'Ugliest King'. And after punching Kim Dokja unconscious (as requested), he feels... guilty. So he does the nice companion thing and attempts to help Kim Dokja out with his bruised stomach.
Basically: Yoo Jonghyuk continues to touch (i.e., harass) Kim Dokja as he works through his pining, and Kim Dokja continues to be very flustered by all this new attention his protagonist is giving him. And why is Uriel screaming so much?!

“If being with you would bring me down, so be it.” Yoo Joonghyuk leaned his head on my neck, his warm breath on my skin, making me feel warm and loved. My mind was in a frenzy, I felt like my brain wasn’t functioning properly, my heart pounding against my chest loudly, so loud I was afraid Yoo Joonghyuk could hear it, so hard, I thought my ribs might shatter due to the pressure.
