Hannibal noticed the gas station worker almost immediately—lean, with loose brown curls that hung over tired, gray eyes. He watched the worker over a series of days, finding amusement in the other’s constant look of irritation, the dry cadence of his voice as he talked with the other customers. There was something fascinating about the man, Will, that kept Hannibal coming back over and over again, though Will would never know it.

Summary
The Handmaid's Tale Hannigram AU with Omega Handmaid Will and caring Alpha Doctor Hannibal Lecter, who offers him a chance at pregnancy when his Commander isn't doing the job — not wanting to be punished for his lack of conception, Will agrees to the dangerous plan despite how foolish it is for the both of them.

“I’m saying you are quite fertile, and very ripe,” he swallows, and Will watches the way his Adam’s apple bobs. “Your Commander however, is not.”
“They won’t accept that,” Will whispers, feeling tears prick at his eyes, fearful of what this means for him and what he’ll have to do in the coming months.
The doctor sighs, his eyes flicking back and forth between both of Will’s before landing on his lips. There’s a long pause — long enough for Will’s brain to conjure up an image of himself hanging on the wall.
Then, finally, “I could help you.”
