The jeep had gotten cold, the sun had set, and Buck was still sitting inside of the mud covered red wrangler as if he was waiting for Eddie to pull up so they could walk in together. Only Eddie wasn’t going to pull up, and it wasn’t Eddie’s house.
Evan has to deal with Eddie leaving. Neither of them take it well. Bobby & Athena tell Eddie to pull it together. Maddie & Chimney are so worried about their little brother.I wrote this like after episode 10 0(season 8) but before episode 11, and I'm still messing around with it so like it's like kind of definetly not canon but like also kind of was- it isn't anymore though.

When he said goodbye, it was rushed. He’d done one of those around the shoulder hugs from the side to Jason and said he’d see him next month and take him out for ice cream when he got back.
He left a manor full of Jason’s laughter.
He returned to a silent, dust-filled manor.

Wally has scaled this side of the manor so many times it’s like a casual walk for him now. He knows exactly what speed gets him to that ledge by Dick’s window without tripping or going too far or falling back.
He peeks in before knocking and Dick is sitting on his bed, the covers are piled on the floor at the foot of the bed like Dick was angry with them, and his phone was face down with the flashlight on so that Dick could see.
He held onto the ledge and lifted his fingers, tapping on the glass lightly to let Dick know he was there.

Dick and Wally have been dating for a few months, and most of the time, they spend it doing all of the things they had done before, but sneaking kisses between rounds of Mario Kart and laying on top of one another instead of beside each other on movie nights.
Dick wants to do more than hold hands and cuddle, he wants to go further and he thinks that Wally only isn’t doing anything because Dick is younger, and he finds this factor incredibly irritating.

When they find Dustin, Eddie is dead. Steve holds himself together for a while, he doesn't cry, he pretends he's okay while he holds Dustin because Dustin needs him to be strong... right?
Steve needs to be strong. For Dustin. Not for himself. No not in any way. Just for Dustin. He needs to hold himself together because that's what Dustin needs him to do. He's not bottling himself up for himself. Not to make it easier for him, he's trying so hard because Dustin can't see him break and cry.
TW: Lots of death like the whole thing revolves around Eddie's death and death.
