After Hollyberry Cookie and Sugarfly Cookie escape the Garden of Delights, Eternal Sugar Cookie begins to unravel. She tears her paradise apart, remaking it over and over, desperately praying they will return. Her obsession slowly twists into paranoia.
If Sugarfly managed to escape without wings, what could Pavlova accomplish with his?
She knows he is bound to the garden with no true way of leaving, yet the thought festers inside her mind. It grows until reason collapses beneath the weight of her fear. And in her frenzy, she does the unthinkable, she rips Pavlova’s wings away.
