Summary
Basically inspired from 'Meet the Parents'...the one with Ben Stiller in it.
Max Verstappen is a nurse living in the city, who falls in love with George Russell, a kindergarten teacher. George and Max have been dating for 10 months now, when Max finally decides it's time to put a ring on it. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, Max ends up spending a weekend at George's family home where George's dad- Toto, tests his patience and loyalty every living second. Max wants to seem perfect in the eyes of Toto and Susie, and tries very hard to not screw things up...but only ends up telling white lies that come back to bite his ass later. Max loses his temper day by day, until it's finally time to let loose and prove it to everyone who doubts him that he deserves to be with George.
Since it is a plot from an alternate universe, Toto Wolff is not crazily in love with Max...is highly suspicious of him and treats George like a princess for a change xp (as he should).

Max has just come back changed from his quest. George just wants to know why his sworn enemy won't let him out of his sight.
Or 5 times Max cared for George through actions and 1 time they actually managed to tell each other.
