Summary
Sunday wakes up in a monochromatic world. Looking out the window, he realizes that not only the plants, but also the buildings and people share this same color scheme. Determined to discover the whereabouts of the parallel version of his reality, he dresses in black and white and infiltrates the city, disguised as a civilian.
Walking through the streets, he bumps into Sparkle, a woman who, luckily, is also colorful like him and uses makeup to pass herself off as “normal.” Joining forces, they both seek a way to restore the real world and uncover the truth behind the lack of color.

There was many things Sunday had experienced since he had become a wanted criminal and sought a temporary abode upon the Astral Express. He has seen others struggling for survival, those who fought tooth and nail while declaring that they stand thanks to their own strength of will. And one rather unexpected thing, just so happened to be what he saw before his eyes.
That being a Masked Fool laying on his bed, grinning at him with nothing but mischief in her eyes.
..Yet, he couldn't find it in him to ever truly reject the fool.

A self-indulgent Sparkday fic I made a while ago and was written pre-4.0 so do be aware of that. Mostly written bc I got back into my Sparkday hyper fixation after 3.7 (have been a fan of this crackship since its Penacony days) and I decided to throw my hat into the ring lol. Does also have some character analysis for Sunday but it's not that much.
Also, fair warning that the title might make it seem like it contains smut but there isn't any. Tho it is pretty intimate, it doesn't cross any lines into smut territory
