Summary
The head engineer of pro hero Dynamight’s Support Department is something of a legend. They’re the best of the best, but no one has a clue as to their identity. The Shouto Agency is given a single clue in the form of a name: Deku.
Shouto has others things to worry about than this mystery, though. After recently discovering he’s demisexual (that explains so much!), he decides it’s time he finally entered the dating pool, and he has his eyes set on the delivery boy working for Bakugou. Summary
Izuku's expression shutters. He hesitates, sucking his lower lip between his teeth in lieu of immediately giving an answer; his gaze slides somewhere to the right, even as his cheeks flush a damning shade of pink, some secret he's keeping tall as a wall between them, and -
Oh, Shouto thinks, devastated. He was right, after all.
He was right, Bakugou had confessed; Shouto really has missed his chance to tell Midoriya how he feels about him, that he loves him. He's too late, too late, too late -
And rather than heartbreak, a strange sort of numbness settles over his shoulders.
Shouto overhears Bakugou confessing his feelings to Midoriya. It kind of ruins his night.

Summary
Izuku groans, lamenting all the life choices that have led him to this moment.
Why did he try to become a hero, he questions?
Why did he befriend Shouto Todoroki?
How on earth could he mistake his best friend masturbating for a thief breaking into the apartment of two highly ranked heroes, what the hell is his problem?
"Please tell me you didn't hit your head on something and die," Uraraka says over the phone, insistent.
Izuku barks out a laugh, holding his head in his hands; he chooses to ignore the half-concerned, half-scandalized looks the rest of the people on the sidewalk are giving him. "No," he mourns. "I'm still alive."
Unfortunately.
Izuku fesses up to accidentally overhearing Shouto call out his name during a private moment. He's not dissatisfied with the results.

"C'mon, Shou. You know what I mean."
"Do I?" Shouto asks, bemused.
"I have - back pain. My ankles are shot from too many rough landings. I snore, and I need glasses, and my knees pop every time I get out of bed in the morning." He shakes his head, sighing. "It's embarrassing, you should divorce me."
"We haven't even submitted the marriage registration yet," Shouto points out.
"Then maybe you should run away while you still can!"
Shouto blinks. "Because your knees pop?"
"Because I'm - old and worn out!"
"But isn't that the whole point of getting married? That we can take care of each other as we get older, and make sure we aren't pushing ourselves too hard?"
Izuku purses his lips.
"The point is that I forced you into a stupid pact in high school about getting married to each other if we didn't marry other people first, and now here we are! Cutting the cake and tossing bouquets!"
Ah, Shouto thinks. This again.
As third years, Izuku and Shouto decide to get married. Fifteen years later, they actually do it.
