Summary
Park Seonghwa was supposed to keep his hands clean.
As the youngest son of Park Minseok, one of Seoul’s most feared mafia bosses, Seonghwa had been raised far away from blood, deals, and violence. His older brother would inherit the empire. Seonghwa would become a doctor. That was the plan.
Then he spills coffee on a stranger in a café.

Summary
Park Seonghwa is one of the top medical students in the university.
Yes, “one of”. Not the “top medical student”.
He usually gets the second-best place, a large contrast from when he was still in elementary school and high school.
Kim Hongjoong, the top medical student, Seonghwa aspires to be. Even though he doesn’t study much and fucks around most of the time, he still manages to snag the top spot time and time again.
In contrast to Seonghwa’s disdain, Hongjoong likes seeing the other roll his eyes in annoyance and often wonders how good he will look taking all of him.
Would he still roll his eyes in annoyance then?

Summary
Park Seonghwa thought he was handling his terrible night quite well. He had experienced the worst pain of his life, blacked out, and woke up alone in the hospital. At least, he was handling it well until his doctor looked him in the eyes and asked a question that turned his life on its axis.
“How much do you know about werewolves?”
Seonghwa was a completely ordinary university student. He had a dead-end job, a cheap apartment, and enough student debt to fill the ocean. A completely ordinary, completely human student. Of course, he knew that not everyone could say the same. He, along with the rest of the world, was well aware of werewolves, a long-misunderstood subsect of the population.
Seonghwa had never been particularly worried about werewolves. He knew the basics, and that was enough for him. After all, it didn't affect his life at all. At least, not until a trip to the emergency room had him questioning everything he thought he knew about himself, his family, and the world.

Seonghwa accidentally gets kidnapped by a group of savage pirates, and his only way to live is by pretending he is some important prince. Now he just has to find a way off a ship in the middle of the ocean and escape from a captain that is entirely too much for him to endure.
Or
Seonghwa is whipped for Hongjoong, and Hongjoong is falling head over heels for this stupid pretend prince. (Quite literally)
