Summary
Javier had noticed Bill. Bill getting angrier at Arthur’s remarks, Bill being out doing God knows what instead of lazing about camp, Bill getting drunker than usual each night.
Over the years of them both being a part of the Van Der Linde gang, they had become something. Maybe they only had an understanding, maybe they were friends. Javier hadn’t thought to label it.
But Javier could see that something was different.
