Gerri is wearing a crushed red velvet dress that fits all of her delectable curves in all of the most deliciously wonderful ways. She has a red cape adorning her shoulders, making her look like some kind of mystical, magical witch. He knows a few spells he’d like her to conjure. The neckline is very, very low--Roman is pretty goddamn sure that he’s never seen her display so much beautiful cleavage in all of the years he’s known her.
Maybe he makes an audible noise--a sigh or a gasp or even a whimper, because Gerri finally looks in his direction. If she’s startled to see him, she doesn’t show it. Like always, she’s cool and calm and collected. He doesn’t know how she does it.
