The tension was so thick you could almost grasp it with your bare hands and mold it like clay. Lux was the first to break the silence. “Do you… do you see what I’m seeing? Am I going crazy?”
I nodded, my gaze unwavering from the anomaly. “If you are then so am I.”
“I can’t believe it. We have to go see.”
Immediately I snapped my head to look at her. “No! What’s wrong with you? Are you dumb? We don’t know what’s in there.” I crossed my arms. “This is just a stupid coincidence! It… it can’t be real.”
It felt like I was going through the stages of grief. I was grieving the loss of a reality I thought I had a grasp on.

Summary
Batman being hit by a spell from a third rate villain really shouldn't have caused any issues. Except for the fact that he was hit with a love spell that was intent on making him fall in love with Superman. Of course. Perhaps it would have been less of an issue if he wasn't already in love with the Man of Steel.
Or, the one in which Bruce can't be away from Clark for too long and he has to fight off a spell trying to make him act on every Brucie instinct he has ever had.
Or, OR, the one in which they flirt, sleep in the same bed, wake up together- all before they start dating! They take their show on the road to the Daily Planet and subject Lois and Jimmy to the worst pre and post-lunch mating ritual they've ever seen. Not to mention briefly subjecting all of Bruce's kids to their dad being grossly in love.
