Summary
Eddie Munson grew up with stories of fairies, magical little creatures that lived in secret away from the prying eyes of humans. He never expected that they would be real, or that one so beautiful would show up at his doorstep.
Steve is a curious fairy prince who wants nothing more than to explore the world of humans and immerse himself in their culture. When he discovers a human encampment not too far from his own home, he realizes that the answers to his questions lie waiting there. Perhaps something more as well.

“He’s just dying to get out,” Steve said fondly, “but I don’t think I wanna let him go,” he rubbed at his stomach with a little frown.
Eddie scooched up on the pool chair Steve was sitting on. His lips ghosted over Steve’s ear. “I can always give you another, sweetheart,” he said, the bastard. Steve groaned, weakly pushing his husband away.
“If you make me soak my goddamn shorts with the kids around, I’m gonna kill you,” he said with no bite.

“Coffee time!” Eddie sang, practically skipping out of his room. His roommate and best friend Gareth was spread out on their living room couch, magazine in his hands.
“Dude, seriously? You’re gonna get the fucking runs if you keep drinking this much coffee.” Gareth slapped the magazine down on the apothecary table they found on the side of the road. It came from Pottery Barn but it was old and the wood was worn.
“Listen, I’m trying my best to stay away from hard drugs so I don’t turn out like my old man, and caffeine gives me that nice little buzz I need to get through the day! There is absolutely nothing wrong with that,” Eddie said, crossing his arms over his chest.
Gareth’s face broke out in a shit eating grin. “Are you sure it isn’t that fluffy haired barista with the glasses who gives you that buzz? Don’t think you’re slick, Munson. I know what you are.”
