Summary
Nanami and Gojo have avoided talking about their teenage years as much as possible. In an attempt to give the first years some R&R after such a stressful start to the semester, Gojo invites himself and his students to join Nanami on an assignment in Okinawa. Sure, he hasn't been back since he was there with Geto, Riko, and Kuroi, but it's just a beach. What can go wrong?
All Nanami wants is to do his job and go home without thinking too much about how little time he'll have to enjoy the beach while he's there on assignment. Three children and one overgrown child make that very difficult.
In which Nanami and Gojo learn to face their fears, move on from the past, and make new memories while still cherishing the old.

To an outside observer, the smile on Gojo’s face would have seemed out of place. He had, after all, just been thrown out of a three-story building, blasted by two at least First Grade curses, and subsequently removed his spotless hand from each of their chests in short succession. But more important than any of that, it was Friday. The one day Gojo could home to a dinner he didn’t have to make. The one day he didn’t have to worry about arranging for Megumi and Tsumiki’s pickup or activities after school. The one day when he felt completely at ease about the kids’ safety without him. It was Nanami day.

They had started this arrangement because Satoru’s past track record of hookups ended terriblyーand by that, he means he caught feelings for the only other man besides Naoya he’s been with, who vehemently didn’t feel the same, and consequently stopped returning Satoru’s texts directly after his unintentional confession. He much preferred to never have that happen ever again, and for that reason, he finally accepted Naoya’s obsessive requests for sex.
The man wasn’t terrible in bed, but he certainly wasn’t devoting his time to making Satoru feel good. The best part about him, though, is that his personality is so terrible that Satoru would never dream about falling in love with him, so their dynamic would stay the way it is, and he would be happy.
… Partially happy, that is, because once the sex is over, their arrangement fucking sucks.
Or: Satoru and Naoya are fuckbuddies, but Satoru's forced to get his aftercare elsewhere, in the form of Naoya's handsome roommate
