Summary
There's a long tradition on Mandalore: whoever holds a Taung's hide has effectively married them, and only stealing that hide back can return a Taung's free will. When someone steals his, Mand'alor the Indomitable wakes from millennia asleep to a vastly changed world, a clone squad stranded deep behind enemy lines, and a clone commander with enough secrets to get all of them killed.
Fox isn't the only one with an uncertain agenda, though. In the place of Indomitable's birth, a mountaintop city of shrines, something strange and old and powerful is stirring, and it won't be put back to sleep so easily.

Summary
...someday it will kill you.
When Fox deserts the GAR on a reckless quest to save another clone, Quinlan is tasked with finding him before the Separatists can. But the reasons behind Fox's actions aren't nearly as clear-cut as they seem, and the only way to figure out the truth before it gets them both killed is for Quinlan to get far closer to Fox than he intended.

Summary
“It's supposed to be fake,” Amena said, “They can’t use real blood that would be insane.”
“I never said they should use real blood,” I replied, “I just suggested they do more research into what dead humans actually look like.”
Ratthi, Amena, Pin-Lee, and one of the dead human actors all turned towards me then and did various versions of blinking slowly.
“...Or they could research what they use in serials to make alive humans look like dead humans. That would probably be less traumatic. And more of a normal thing to do. I think.”
Ratthi nodded slowly. “You know what? I have to agree,” he said, as if I’d said something incredibly smart, and not at all stupid, or what could be read as mildly threatening.
In which Murderbot goes to a haunted attraction with its humans, makes some unhelpful commentary, and finds itself in a tense situation it doesn’t want to be in.
So a typical day, really.Bookmarked by naveda4777

Summary
“Oh,” Mensah said.
I followed her gaze to her lion daemon. Sadik was so large he took up most of the rug and dwarfed the coffee table where, I realised with a jolt, my own little beast had been hiding.
I rounded the coffee table. Beast had buried itself deep in Sadik’s mane, pressed up against his neck. It blinked back at me slowly, almost smug, and then pressed even further against Sadik. Another fission of heat ran through my chest, like I’d been made to swallow hot coals.
(OR: A touch-averse Murderbot learns to live with a touch-seeking daemon.)

Summary
In an effort to improve security training for its humans, Murderbot decides that controlled memory wipes are the only way to give the authentic 'chased by a dangerous SecUnit' experience. It really wishes its humans would stop complaining about the idea. It knows what it's doing, alright? This isn't a serial ruled by dramatic irony. Nothing's going to go wrong.
(Something, inevitably, goes wrong.)
