I would love to see a fic where Aramis kind of goes on this epic downward spiral with perhaps several things happening in a row to contribute to it:
Maybe the Red Guard who actually pulled the trigger to kill Adele could start taunting him (or just somehow make it clear that she is dead for having had an affair with Aramis). The Queen could miscarry (and he can't really talk about it with anyone). Maybe a mission goes wrong, civilians are injured and he can't save them. Perhaps he runs into Isabelle/Sister Helene's father in Paris and is blamed for her death. The Duke of Savoy comes back...

Summary
Prompt fill
Athos and Porthos fall down a well. A deep, crumpled or hidden well. Aramis has to find and rescue them, but he's injured in some way. Musket ball in the side, dislocated shoulder, anything that might make this extra challenging for him. Maybe he was knocked out during the fight when they fell so he didn't even see what happened to them. Their voices barely carry out of the well they're stuck in, and they're cold, very cold, and getting worse.

“It was like something inside him popped. Then his pants were soaked. It was ridiculous the sheer amount of fluid. Forming a puddle under his feet where his socks became translucent. It was like his water had broke.
He stared down at the mess. Sheer embarrassment overshadowed by the relief that no one was there to witness it. If he could steal a pair of dry clothes and mop up the evidence it would be as if it hadn’t happened.
A fantastic plan. If not for the fact that every internal organ inside of him twisted so sharply and then decided to try and ram itself out of his body via the space in between his legs.
“Fuck” it was the only thing he could think. The cramping no longer like an unstretched calf, painful but able to be supported and massaged through. It pulled him down. Knees buckling unable to support the force as tears sprung to his eyes. Then it kept going. Tearing its way through his body like something was kicking its way through his pelvis. Burrowing into his pelvic floor. He had to stay calm but even breathing was difficult.
The cramping eased but the pressure didn’t.
This was now solidly a top 5 worst day of his life.”
Unbeknownst to Buck he goes into labour at work.

“So how the hell did you get a license?” Eddie asked, sounding nearly as hysterical as Bobby, but Chim had disbelievingly repeated ‘Hogwarts?’.
“I knew a guy.” Buck sighed.
“Oh my god.” Chim burst out laughing. “You have a fake ID!”

With their combined birthday getaway on the horizon, Eddie searchs for the perfect ring to propose to his omega with. Upon finding it, he plans on spending their weekend spoiling Buck and showering him with love. Not knowing that Buck has the same idea, as well as a little extra surprise.

“What happened to a united front?” She asked, getting emotional. It wasn’t her fault she was emotional right now, she had an insane amount of hormones running through her body.
“You tell me.” Buck finally turned and looked at her. “You never told me you were getting so close to them again. I had no idea you were talking to them frequently enough to be able to invite them out, let alone that they would actually agree. You told me when you first got here not to tell them you were here, and you have never asked anything about our relationship since then.”
“What’s there to tell?” Maddie huffed, getting to her feet and walking over to him. “Seriously, you accepted me so easily, why would they be any different?”
“What’s our motto?” Buck asked quietly.
“What’s that-”
“They aren’t bad people, just bad parents.” Buck said, cutting her off. “Or did you only ever say that for my benefit?”
“Buck.” Maddie said his name sadly. “Please.”
“No.” Buck said, shaking his head again. “No, and if that’s all you wanted to talk to me about you should go.”
OR
When Maddie tries to get Buck to agree to see their parents while she's pregnant, he says no.
