This is utterly beautiful. Hermione handling with addiction and technically having a split pesonality disorder, and to top if off we have Narcissa and Hermione nightly meetings that always bring them a little bit closer. And gosh Kingsley's secret mission, just give Hermione a break man. I really do hope Narcissa finds out everything that's going on for Hermione so that she can do some retribution for our little Gryffindor.
Absolutely, this is a hall of fame fic for sure.
Every chapter literally wants me to beg for more. The cliffhangers are just so juicy.Post chp 26:
This story is fucking insane. The plot. The characters. The dialogue. The fucking author. INSANE. This is a masterpiece. I didn't think it would ramp up even more. Oh boy was I happy to be proven wrong every bloody chapter. So intense. There's only 9 chapters left and I don't what I'm going to do with myself.100% recommend. Fuck billions of kudos. Everyone must read it.

Probably better to cut right to the chase, right? Jackie sees Mari freeze out of the corner of her eye, and bites her bottom lip, because oh, right.
Jackie is an alpha, and she’d convinced Mari to come here alone with her, and now Jackie’s asking her about heat, and this could look—
“Like, not in a weird way,” she rushes out awkwardly, and then, clearing her throat, “Sorry, I just mean— not like that. Not like… Not like this.”

So well written. Didn't even know this ship was real. The detail the author goes to writing each interaction especially between Mari and Jackie is 1. So bloody delicious, 2. THE HAND TOUCHING, 3. Mari just bumping Jackie in the right direction, 4. JUST JACKIE BEING JACKIE.
LOVE. Absolute love.

Okay. Hear me out. This is a guilty pleasure fic. Yes it's smutty. But my gawd the characterisation of Jackie and Mari is like insanely good. Just the whole scene of Jackie trying to buy condoms was just masterpiece level of writing. Honestly, I want this to continue forever until it becomes an epic love story. Judge me however you like for my kinks, but this fanfic needs to be read for the high quality writing.Chp 5.

My my my. Another masterpiece I forgot to recommend. Update 2026. This was my first fanfic of the Harlivy fandom I was bestowed to read 5 years ago. And my gawd, what a banger and an absolute train wreck of emotions it will pull out of you. I read this in a computer room filled with students and I had two assignments due that same week. I was sniffling and hiding tears in my cubicle while the guy next to me was looking at me weirdly. I HAVE NO REGRETS. I fell in love with Poison Ivy because of this fic.

I can't believe I never gave a bookmark recommend for this fic. Well update 2026. This fanfic is gold. It was literally the holy grail...I mean...it still is the bloody holy grail of Harlivy fanfics. I absolutely cried reading the last 20 chapters of the fanfic. I cried. Like ugly cried. Bawling. I was wrecked. Still am. I have flashbacks to the days when I first read this. I couldn't get through weeks without thinking about this fanfic.
Exquisite writing. An absolute epic love story of all time.
