The Kremnoan detachment has just arrived seeking a refuge for people that could possibly never return home. The current Crowed Prince of Kremnos was graciously relieved by the watcher over the city. BUT... as they were having their conversation, they were being watched by a currious pair of blue eyes.
Phainon was determined to see if the man who had been a very big distraction in his mind was worthy to protect the Holy City and to possibly join them on their Flame Chase for a new Era. Only golden blood would the key.

But with an angel and devil trying to pull him in either direction, could Phainon have any hope of winning this fight?

In an act of kindness, Mydei had let Phainon’s feet touch the rug before issuing that next command so his knees were saved from the harsh flooring as he settled, naked, on his knees while Mydei loomed over him. He had never been taller, broader, more imposing than now. When Phainon was not his equal in skill and status, but knelt prone at his feet.
“Keep your hands flat against your thighs. Do not move them.”
After a lapse in judgement on the training grounds, Mydei aims to finally teach Phainon some self-control with a new kind of punishment.
