Summary
“I keep thinking about that day,” Buck whispered. “You closing that door, taking off your mask like it was just a normal decision- like it didn’t cost you anything.”
His eyes burned.
“I kept just pounding on the glass, remember? Screaming at you to stop, to let us help…To let me help.” A tear finally slipped free. Then another. They kept falling until there was no point in wiping them away anymore. “And then I saw the blood dripping from your nose.” His breath shuddered. “And you didn’t even tell us you were sick,” Buck gasped out, anger creeping its way through the grief.
“You didn’t even give us a chance. Not one. You just decided for everyone.”

Nashville was supposed to be a fun break from all the chaos. Buck and Eddie were supposed to have a good time. They both had even looked forward to the long road trip back home, thanks to Buck's distaste for flying. Most of the trip was fine, actually. Until one stupid comment causes Eddie to spiral, which leads to nothing but confusion for both of them. And the worst part? The one person Buck wanted to talk about it with was dead. Now the station is full of awkward silences and pain neither of them can even begin to comprehend.

Summary
When Will needs to get his thoughts out of his head, he writes a letter he never intends to send. He addresses it to Mike, and tells him everything.
Feeling lighter than he has in weeks and buoyed by the adrenaline of writing it all out, Will acts on an impulse and ends the letter with, "If you’d be willing to give me a chance, I’d be really happy to date you. If you’re open to trying it, please meet me in Castle Byers this Saturday at 2:00pm. I’m not asking for any promises, I’m not asking for forever or anything like that; all I’m asking is that you give me a chance. Come if you want; if not, I completely understand, no hard feelings, and I’ll never, ever mention this again."
He forgets all about the letter, and the distinctive red envelope he stowed it in, until he turns around to find it missing. Now, Will has to think of some way to stop Mike from reading that letter - or should he wait at Castle Byers on Saturday at 2:00pm and pray for a miracle?
