Hermione Granger feels like a ghost; frozen in time by an inexpressible grief that keeps her buried in work at the expense of her relationships. But as her loved ones welcome new life into the world, she finds herself increasingly haunted by the loss of her parents whose memories appear to be unrecoverable.
