Oda stopped in his tracks by the door, not approaching the counter. “You shouldn’t be here, Dazai,” he said cautiously, bringing a hand to cover his nose— Dazai’s usual scent of chocolate mixed with a hint of citrus was much sweeter and stronger than normal.
Dazai turned fully to Oda, still seated. “Why not?” he asked softly, pupils dilated. “I really… really wanted to see you, Odasaku.”

Chuuya felt awfully powerless, incapable of helping Dazai in any way that mattered. There was only one thing he could truly offer.
“I’ll make you coffee in the morning, yeah? The way you like it,” he said gently. “You can snoop on my fridge and I’ll prepare whatever you want. If you feel like eating, that is.”

“It's cold, Odasaku,” he whined. “We’re walking? And whose home are you taking me to? Surely not to mine…”
Oda silently took Dazai’s hand. It always worked wonders to quiet him down. “It's just around the corner.”
That earned a look of confusion, though Dazai was busy staring at their joined hands. “Around…?” he echoed before looking up to take in the buildings in front of them. Right across the street was the brightly lit sign of a motel.

Summary
They stood in the doorway just staring at each other for a few seconds, Goro squinting at Akira as if trying to comprehend why the boy was there. He seemingly recalled the reason and moved to let Akira in, bringing a palm to cover his mouth as he let out a yawn.
“Sorry.” Goro said, closing the door behind Akira. “I ended up falling asleep.”
“It's– it's okay.” Akira replied, crouching a bit to take off his shoes at the entrance before directing himself to the kitchen to drop the food containers as per usual. He turned around, still not believing the sight in front of him, entirely aware of how embarrassingly gone he was for the other boy at that point. “You seem tired still. Do you– want me to go? You can rest more if you want to.”
Goro rolled his eyes at the proposal, heading to the couch instead. “I was unaware one of your many part-time jobs included being a delivery man; I sure as hell am not paying you for it. Just pour me some coffee and come here.”

Summary
Dazai was still in the discovering phase, hesitant and curious. The memory of that first blinding wave of pleasure Chuuya had wrung from him hadn’t faded; it lingered, a persistent whisper beneath his skin. The aversion he’d clung to for so long had started to feel less like a fortress wall and more like a flimsy curtain he kept meaning to push aside. He found himself yearning in quiet moments for the scrape of teeth against his neck, the possessive grip on his hips, the deep, claiming thrusts that had filled that aching void he had been living with since birth.
Dazai wanted, he just didn’t know how to bridge the gap between Chuuya’s rigid respect and his own newly awakened hunger.
