Summary
Potter looks at him now, really looks, head tilted to the side, a question on his lips. “In the locker room,” he starts, “I offered you something… Why didn’t you take me up on it?”
Regulus clenches his jaw. “This isn’t fair.” He shakes his head, biting at his lower lip. “You know this isn’t fair.”
Potter takes a step closer, leaning down by Regulus’ ear. “Maybe I don’t want to play fair,” he whispers.
Regulus' heart and stomach tumble into a somersault. “What does that even mean?” His low voice mirrors Potter’s.
Potter leans back a little, wetting his lips with his tongue. “It means you have a problem, and I can help. I want to help. Would you let me help?”

After a potions lesson goes horribly wrong, Regulus ends up burning his hands, meaning he’s unable to relieve himself of his ‘tension’ to clear out his overstimulated brain. Who will offer to help? His ex-older brother’s best friend, someone whom Regulus has had a crush on for years who’s as straight as they come, or so it seems.

“Wh– well– why–” James stammered, attempting to get his bearings, because if he didn’t, and he let Regulus tell him ‘kiss me’ one more time, his heart would probably give out. “Why don’t you get Sirius to help?”
Regulus narrowed his eyes. “Because Sirius would just knock his teeth out,” he said as though it were obvious.
“Yes,” James hissed, “and he’ll knock my teeth out if I kiss his little brother.”
“You can take a hit, Potter, I’ve seen you on the quidditch pitch,” Regulus waved him off, and James groaned, leaning away from him.
“Oh, yeah, great, so I’m the sacrifice,” he sighed.
“Precisely,” Regulus stepped right into his space, and James felt his chest go a little hot.

Or, Regulus asks James for a favor to get his ex off of his back, and James makes bad choices.

Megumi’s mind went perfectly blank, several long seconds of nothing but distant children's laughter stretching onward.
"You were just talking about how it’s a problem for you."
"I know," Yuuji said. "But that's why I asked."
"You'll have to explain."
Yuuji finally took a sip from his drink, and Megumi wondered if he imagined the tremor in his hand.
"I'm psyching myself out over nothing. I don't like that it's become such a big deal, and I keep telling myself that it's just sex, nothing I haven't done before, it's not going to end with them becoming another Junpei, but I always get so tense that we never end up getting anywhere. I just want to...I feel like if I can just get the first time over with and remind myself that I used to like it, then I'll be fine. But my relationships keep ending before I can make myself go through with it, and I trust you more than anyone anyway."
or, Yuuji proposes Megumi sleep with him so he'd try to get over his negative past experiences with sex, unaware of Megumi's lifelong crush on said best friend.

“Oh god, don’t tell me I’ve forgotten my own girlfriend or something.” Yuji grabs his own head in distress. “Please, please tell me she’s tall with a big butt.”
“More like boyfriend.” Kugisaki scoffs before she can think better.
Gojo scratches his chin. “At least he’s got one of those traits.”
“Boyfriend?” Yuji drops his hands off his head and blinks helplessly at them all. “I have a boyfriend?”
The answer is no. It would be a very easy thing to clear up. Kugisaki knows that’s what any decent person would do. But then she looks at Gojo. One corner of his mouth keeps twitching, ghosting the most conspiratorially wicked smile she’s ever seen. She presses her lips together, hiding her own evil grin. There was something in Yuji’s voice that caught her off guard. Something… hopeful.
Yuji hits his head and while most of his memory remains intact, he's forgotten someone very important. A certain Fushiguro Megumi who he was definitely not dating before the concussion. Though, that small detail would never stop Kugisaki from spreading a little bit of false information in the pursuit of an incredible prank. Or it would have been an incredible prank if only things didn't get so... out of hand.
