Summary
“Great. No one ever said that this would be an escape room. I thought this was supposed to be a haunted house,” Ango grumbled, shoving his hands into his pockets.
“You’re standing pretty close to me right now, Ango.” Oda said, amused.
“That’s just because the room is too small! Let’s split up and find the key quickly, I have a deadline to meet,” Ango hastily said, storming out of the room.
“I wonder if he’ll be okay by himself,” Dazai laughed, equally entertained.Written as a gift for a friend, and it fits Day 6 (Oda's Birthday) for Odazai week !

Summary
It was a dark figure wearing almost all black. The appearance was almost completely drowned out amongst the falling raindrops and the glimpses of their white undershirt. But after the figure got within 10 meters or so away from Oda, he recognized him. It was Dazai. He looked like a drowned cat who had hauled itself out of the river. It was a pitiful appearance, particularly so when Dazai appeared out of breath as he finally stepped out of the rain and under the store’s awning.
“Hey, Odasaku! What a coincidence to meet you here on this lovely night,” Dazai remarked when their eyes met, panting softly.
His eyes were a rather bright contrast to the dreary weather. Dazai must have been running quite a bit before Oda saw him—had he been that eager to get out of the rain? Oda had a sinking feeling there was going to be more to the situation. When Dazai was present, unexpected outcomes and conversations are inevitable.

Summary
“Why do you seem to trust me so much?” Oda whispers right into his ear, the words easily dissipating through the violin notes, only if it wasn’t for his breath colliding with Dazai’s skin.
What an absurd thing to ask.
“I trusted you even when you had a gun pressed against my forehead.”

Summary
"Flawless was limited both in time and scope - six seconds of the future, six seconds of approaching danger. But had it been able to provide its wielder any deeper insight, the moment that Oda Sakunosuke, thirteen years old, pulled open the bedroom closet door in the house of the man he had just killed would have been the exact moment he felt his destiny upheave and careen wildly down a different path, uprooting and overturning countless others in its wake.
But of course, no such thing happened.”What should have been a run-of-the-mill job for teenage assassin Oda Sakunosuke ends in the unexpected acquisition of a small complication that might just change his life in the most profound ways.

Oda knelt before them and explained what happened. To his surprise, when he finished, His Majesty burst into hearty laughter.
“He does that sometimes, don’t worry about it,” he said when his laughter died down. “I’ll let you off since it’s your first time dealing with his eccentricity, but make sure he doesn’t do it again.”
Were the prince’s suicide attempts so frequent that they ceased to be a concern?
Oda could still feel warm blood gushing with each faint pulse, the prince’s life slipping through his fingers. He hadn’t known how to properly staunch the flow. His shaking hadn’t helped. He was so scared.
The weight of a life in his hands was so heavy. It was heavier than any weapon he ever wielded to spill an equal amount of blood and more. Did the king not feel the same gravity? How?
