Summary
Eddie is somehow, inexplicably, impossibly Steve Harrington.
He’s done everything he can think of to prove that this is another weird dream: pinching himself, slapping himself, splashing cold water on his face, closing his eyes and repeatedly assuring himself, “this is just a dream” out loud…
The slap hurt, the water was cold, and his words came out in the wrong voice every time. Harrington’s voice.
If it’s not a dream, he figures that leaves three possibilities. From most to least likely:
1) Eddie is finally having a total mental breakdown.
2) Eddie is dead and this is hell.
3) Eddie’s mind is somehow actually stuck in Steve Harrington’s body, for real.___

His arms went around him, tight but so gentle. Billy told himself that the tears he felt building in the corners of his eyes were the fault of this stupid girl body and, not for the first time, thought: God, I fucking hate this bitch.
Nancy felt herself grin, unaware of how manic and crazed it naturally looked on these features, and Max shrank back into the seat beside her, clutching the door handle for dear life in terror at that expression. She feels so fucking strong.
(Billy and Nancy end up with bodies that probably reflect their insides more accurately than their own: each other’s.)

SPOILERS FOR THE ENDING OF COBRA KAI!!!!!!
Sekai Taikai Champion Miguel Diaz is enjoying what little time he has left with his girlfriend - Samantha LaRusso - in Okinawa before their inevitable long-distance relationship phase begins. Despite getting the happy ending he always wanted, Miguel can't help but look back on his journey towards said ending... and how many people got hurt - physically or otherwise- because of it.
While practicing with Sensei Chozen in Okinawa, he encounters -by chance- the waters of izen no jikan no nagare. Accidentally drinking from those waters sends him back to the beginning of his first All Valley Tournament. When his, as Sam calls it - ASSHOLE PHASE - was in full form.
Can he truly attain the PERFECT ending? Or will the universe seek to attain equilibrium at his own expense? Whether that's by poetic accidents, or by an agent of chaos!
