”Are you not Steve?” The kid asks, Finney shakes his head.
Finney was starting to get overwhelmed when a boy with long dark curly hair kneels down to him, Finney thinks he sort of looks like Vance, and asks “If you’re not Steve, then what’s your name?”
”Finney Blake,” He thought about it for a moment, “But my middle name is Steven,” He offered.
Or: Finney Blake is Steve Harrington, but right after Finney escapes he time travels to right after Vecna is defeated, and the only way to get back is to watch The Black Phone

Summary
Lottie’s dreams had never been too pleasant, but they’d always been a constant in her life. Now, her dreams didn’t consist of any imagery, only feelings she equated with the Wilderness. Mainly the familiar stab of hunger, both physical and psychological, and a deep internal longing. Lottie knew she shouldn’t miss her time out there, she knew that it was unnatural to long for the thrill of the hunt, and the taste of blood and flesh, but she couldn’t help herself.

Izuku Midoriya has always wanted to be a hero.
Heroes save people. Heroes endure. Heroes do what must be done.
So when the gentle man named Giran asks him to be one, asks him to hurt, to break, to trade one life for another, he says yes.
Because saving someone means someone else must be left behind.
That’s what being a hero is, isn’t it?
He tells himself so until the ache dulls, until the faces blur.
He doesn’t like it. He doesn’t want it.
But he is needed.
And then he is needed elsewhere.It hurts. He wasn’t discarded, only weighed and found more useful in Shigaraki’s hands than Giran’s. It still aches, but feelings do not matter. Only that he is useful.
So he will obey. He will endure.
-Or-Kidnapped as a child and renamed Zero, Izuku fights in the pits until Giran decides he would be more useful to Shigaraki. Forced into villainy, he still holds on to the heart of a hero and feels a strange attachment to Shigaraki.

Tony steeled himself for something. A tearful embrace, maybe a hug that turned into an iron grip around the throat. Instead, Peter dropped his duffel on the couch he had just spent an hour perfecting. A small death inside.
Right,” Tony muttered, clearing his throat. “So—”
“When am I going home?”
Sharp. No warm-up. Kid even left the earbuds in, music leaking loud enough to prove the point: not listening. Then he flopped onto the cushions with an undue hardness.
Tony swallowed the wince. “Wow. Okay. Straight to the big existential. You only just got here.”
Peter shrugged, gaze fixed somewhere past him. “Yeah. I know.”

Summary
Spider-Man was everything that Peter Parker wanted to be. He was like a game of pretend and sometimes when the suit was on, he could pretend that nothing had changed. People recognized him with the suit, Spider-Man was remembered.
Peter Parker was not.
A little over a year had passed since his existence had been erased and he was building a life for himself. He was in his second semester of college, he had a job, his apartment could be worse. Things were okay. But still, he couldn't help but feel that he was existing outside of himself. He sometimes felt disconnected from his body and it only seemed to get worse when both new and old foes seem to be intent on taking him down, no matter the consequences.

Summary
Will looked over just in time to see, well, himself.
The spectre of himself on the screen was frozen still, wearing a white prison outfit that Will was certain that he hadn’t worn before. What was more disturbing, was the transparent mask covering the lower half of his face, like a muzzle of sorts. His face was startlingly pale, bloodless lips quirked up in a dangerous smile. Will watched, enraptured, as his own dead eyes, devoid of emotion, stared back.
He heard Alana’s soft gasp, but it was distant and hazy.
A chyron at the bottom part of the screen declared the phrase ‘Embrace the Madness’.
That… definitely didn’t help his case. His insides went cold then hot all over as his eyes finally rested on the last line.
Emblazoned in a menacing tone of dark red, was the word ‘HANNIBAL’.
