Summary
Regulus Black hates his brother. He hates him with every fibre of his being. He hasn’t seen him in ten years and has no desire to do so. That being said, when he heard the CEO of some huge pharmaceutical company ask the minister to give a “shoot at sight” order for a criminal for stealing and allegedly trafficking huge amounts of dangerous drugs, he knew he had no other option but to kill him. Simply because according to the CEO, the said criminal was Sirius Black.
Also, Regulus goes to get coffee after his little rendezvous and meets a Barista who mistakes him for Sirius.

Regulus would burn the world down to protect Sirius but he also hates him. And James is just a pretty Barista who discovers he might have a thing for danger.
