"Oh? Military, huh?" She is caught by surprise, she can only imagine what a militarized female version of her boss looks like.
Or: Catra works in Adam's tatto parlor. But then, suddenly, his sister gets discharged from the army and everything just kind of goes downhill from there.

A gift for AstrynSerene for their fic The Blonde Next Door which made me sniffle more than once.
Adam Greyskull never told anyone he had a sister, much less a twin. Not even his best friend. His girlfriend. Adam discovers his twin sister, kidnapped at birth from the hospital, is alive and hurt and traumatized beyond his understanding. More scared, more grateful, and more in awe than he has words for, he has to lean on his people as he lets his sister lean on him.
Scenes my brain concocted for Astryn's amazing story - Adam, Teela, and the rest have so much emotional fallout, and I am glad for the chance to show them how powerfully their story impacted and touched their readers.
Thank you for your stories, Astryn. You were one of the first I read!
