    He salvaged other people's faded film reels, but helplessly watched Eggchan's eyes dim with each passing month.

    Eggchan left the fog to redeem her own sky.

    Wemmbu chose to stay, imprisoning himself in the loop of twisted magnetic tapes, accepting the repeated chewing of fragmented memories to cling to a spring that had already drifted to the other side of the world.

    Egg wouldn’t have to worry about his best friend never coming back. Possibly getting banned for the server and leaving Eggchan stuck in the end for all of eternity.

     

    Wemmbu never saw Eggchan again.

The screen that shows up is D3lord3’s familiar homescreen that fans have grown to memorize. A Minecraft moving landscape that changes from night to day. Right now, it’s in the middle of a sunset, the monitor enveloped in orange and warmth.

    Avery took a moment to catch his breath. He gently tugged on Derek's hand, guiding him to the soft, inviting grass nearby. As they settled down, Avery's slime body spread slightly, creating a comfortable cushion beneath them. He looked into Derek's eyes, silently inviting Derek to come closer.

    Derek complied, his weight sinking into the earth next to Avery. The two of them fit together effortlessly. Avery wrapped his arms around Derek, pulling him in. They both exhaled in unison as they were overwhelmed with a drug-like happiness.

    In that moment, it was just Avery and Derek.

    “So…then…” Avery didn’t know where to start.

    “Go on.” Derek encouraged.

    “Do you love me, Derek?” Avery asked shyly.

    Derek was amused by the question. His hand found Avery’s, and he squeezed it lovingly.

    “I wouldn’t have made this world for you if I didn’t, Avery…”

    An after story with a corrupted D3rlord3 and a touch-starved Avery. The two find each other and try to replicate a life they could've had together in the King's domain.
