Summary
A dragon hatchling is found by Aerion Targaryen who is absolutely thrilled to finally have his own dragon. - or - No one knows how Duncan ended up with a dragon egg, not even the man himself. More so, the fact that he manages to successfully-more like accidentally- hatch it is even more ridiculous.
Oh, and it’s all told from the dragon’s ever so reliable POV of course.

Summary
Few tales are so oft debated by scholars as that of Lady Hazel Potter, the witch who came from beyond the known world and found herself amidst the blood of Old Valyria. Stranger still was the affection she inspired in two brothers who could not have been more different. Prince Baelor, called the Hammer of the First Blackfyre Rebellion, loved her as he loved duty itself: steadfastly, quietly, and with a devotion that asked for nothing in return. His was a patient love, built in late-night conversations, shared burdens, and the certainty that her happiness mattered more to him than his own. Prince Maekar, called the Anvil, loved her as storms love the sea: fiercely, possessively, and without apology. Where Baelor sheltered her, Maekar stood ready to burn kingdoms for her. His affection was not gentle, but neither was it uncertain. Yet for all their differences, the brothers shared one truth. Both saw in Hazel Potter something rare: a woman who carried grief without surrendering to it, who had crossed worlds and remained herself. Thus the histories remember them—not as the Hammer and the Anvil alone, but as two princes whose hearts were forever altered by a witch from another world.

Summary
And even though her tantrum was the furthest thing that could possibly resemble Dyanna, Maekar couldn't help but see it, even in the chamber's darkness. Her glowing violet eyes. Her skin, beautifully tan, kissed by the sun. Her hair was lighter than Dyanna's had been, a beaten gold in comparison to his wife's shining dark locks, but her face bore a startling resemblance, only likening as Syraena grew into a young woman. It made his chest ache how similar Syraena looked to her mother—but was nothing at all like her.
