Seokmin paces up and down the narrow corridor that is the backstage area, hopelessly wringing his already clammy fingers. While keeping his gaze stuck to the old fluorescent lights in the ceiling, he nervously starts doing vocal warm-ups again.
“Dude,” Mingyu’s voice brakes him out of his overly busy mind, “Can you stop? You’re freaking me out!” Seokmin’s frown relaxes for a second in sympathy, but then he’s instantly reminded of the reason he’s freaking out himself and groans loudly, frustratedly running his hands through his hair.
Or, Seokmin is about to confess his very romantic feelings for his best friend with a song he wrote himself. And right, he is freaking out. Just a little bit.
