Pans clang against one another in the kitchen which Doflamingo comes to realize is not too far from his table. He whips his head around to see who was there but as he looked, only the door was swinging on its hinges.
His hands grip the arms of his chair and his knuckles are white in strain. There was not a single essence of his devil fruit running through his veins. He was there bare for the world, ready for it to tear into his flesh as it usually does.
“I've never known you to be so jumpy.”
Doflamingo’s eyes shoot wide as he recognizes the voice almost instantly. He quickly looks at the seat directly across from him.
“Hello Doflamingo. Do you miss me?”
