Summary
Reo brings their foreheads together, hands coming up to cup Nagi’s face in his palms, feeling the warmth of his skin through the gloves. He takes a deep breath, the air between the two of them filling his lungs. “Don’t ever say that again.” Nagi’s eyes widen, and Reo hopes the afterimage of swirling gray burns into his retinas. “Nothing will ever change that.”
Reo thinks he’s starting to get it now. Stay with me ‘till the end rings aloud through his mind, soft and clear as a wind chime.
Noses brushing, Reo murmurs low but resolute, “I’ll believe in you always, so don’t be scared Seishiro.”
Or; Nagi and Reo's relationship begins anew.

Summary
In one quick movement, Nagi plucks a gardenia from the cluster pinned to his own coat pocket, tucking it behind Reo’s ear. The stark white stands out against the purple backdrop of his hair.
A simple message. I am yours.
It’s not as grand of a gesture as holding the World Cup high up hand-in-hand with his partner was just yesterday, gleaming gold with confetti falling all around them. But Nagi thinks he loves this just as much.
Nagi learns what it means to devote himself fully to another, through the lens of Reo’s camcorder.

Summary
It’s strange, because it feels like nostalgia, but he’s only known Nagi for six months. When they’re together it doesn’t feel as if time is linear. Reo could float in their own bubble of moments that they create forever. Sometimes, the overwhelming affection he has for Nagi makes everything seem weightless, like they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
A perfect arching pass sent through the air, straight to Nagi, who would receive it with a deathly, godlike trap. It was palpable, seeing their dream to the end, just like that.
Reo is reminded there’s no other place he’d rather be than by Nagi’s side.
