Hinata always thought his first kiss would be with a cute girl.
A girl who smiled a lot and made him feel all “gwahhhh!” inside. The kiss would happen on some lazy summer afternoon, a cool breeze mingling with the scent of flowers, and the gentle sound of cicadas would be humming in the background. They’d both be laughing, get closer, and it would sort of just happen. It would be perfect!

“Hydrate,” Todoroki says, dropping onto a bench and pulling out a water bottle from his bag. “You had a long shift this morning.”
“So did you,” Hanta says, taking it from him and sitting down next to him.
“Mm.” Todoroki gestures vaguely with a second bottle. “These are normal hours for me.”
Hanta shakes his head. “You need to take that vacation, dude. This shouldn’t be anyone’s normal.”
A small shrug is all he gets in response.
“Or at least get out sometime for some fun.” Hanta bumps his shoulder lightly against Todoroki’s, managing a grin despite the exhaustion setting in, which coaxes a small smile out of Todoroki. Cute. “Or stay in and relax, if you prefer.”
Todoroki inclines his head. “Maybe.”
Hanta bites his lip. An idea is nagging at him, maybe not one that should be voiced, though.
Todoroki takes a drink of water, and hums a small noise of pleasure. He brushes a residual drop of moisture off his lips with his thumb.
What the fuck. Why not? What’s the worst that’ll happen? It’s not like it’s unheard of, especially among pro heroes, who tend to lead very busy lives.

Hanta doesn't think much about his crush on Shoto too much. He's fine with them being friends and Shoto truly values him as one a lot. It's just that... Hanta very much can't ignore his crush on Shoto, especially in the sexual sense. While just trying to sleep in his dorm one night, Shoto overhears some strange sounds coming from Hanta's room.
And he finds out that Hanta is jerking off to him, just based off of the sounds once he listens closely enough.
Shoto doesn't think that he can get this out of his mind ever, because unfortunately for him and his lack of experience regarding romance, he really likes the sounds that Hanta makes. Cue some awkwardness for the next few days because these two idiots would rather fantasize about each other before getting to the point. Honestly they need to fuck to figure out what's going on between them better
