Summary
A sequel to "Symmetry" (so it's a good idea to have read that first!). Symmetry and this sequel are set in an alternate universe where Voyager was sent home by Kes before ever encountering the Borg, species 8472 and, most importantly, Seven of Nine.
"Symmetry" told the story of how Kathryn Janeway met Seven of Nine in this universe and the angst, fireworks and love that followed. "Symmetry Revisited" picks up not long after and further explores the Symmetry universe and the relationship between Janeway and Seven as it's put to the greatest test.
This story starts at a time equivalent to two months before the episode Endgame at the end of Season Seven in the canon universe.
Warnings: No characters were harmed during the making of this fic, though a few were roughed up around the edges. This AU is generally a bit more gritty, seedy and nasty than the rose-tinted Starfleet original. This story features all female action, so look away now if that’s not your thing (though I know you’ll be peeking really). Also there’s some rather ropey techno-babble included, you’ll have to forgive me (as we all did TPTB in the first place).

Summary
Bitter ex-Starfleet captain, Kathryn Janeway, meets a mysterious stranger by the name of Seven. It's not long before the sparks start to fly.
An Alternative Universe story set In a universe where Kes ascended to a higher state two weeks earlier than in the canon universe, at a time equivalent to just before the start of season four. At this time she bestowed her “gift” of safe passage past Borg space to Voyager. Though this meant the crew never had to encounter the Borg or Species 8472, it also meant they never met or freed Seven of Nine from the Collective. Fast-forward nearly four years to near the end of season seven…
