Harry doesn’t breathe. “It knows how to bond with you. If I just initiate contact without straining myself, without straining the suit, I…I think it might go willingly? Maybe all it needs is a bridge.” Peter delicately smooths out a stray curl near Harry’s eye and brushes his thumb against his temple, pondering. “And some time. I can give it both. I mean, we have all night.”

this, was a phenomenal ride. God does Peter go through so much. Im just glad that after everything he can be happyyyy, him and Wade, and that he’s friends with everyone again. Oh and I love how everyone always seemed so sure about things, but it's always a curveball because, c'mon, we're talking Peter.
but honestly it made me extremely mad when everyone dropped Peter, regardless of the reasons they had, it was fucked uppp..and then he had to run around for hours while they chased and tried beating him down. i hope they were all groveling and wracked with guilt afterwards or so help me god none of them deserve him.

The media has always been wary of Harry Osborn. He grew up as modern royalty, rich and famous and son to a greedy billionaire tech mogul, which didn't paint the most sympathetic picture. He's too posh, too surly, too serious.
And then there is Peter. The orphan kid from Brooklyn Tony Stark adopted as his heir, the charming, upbeat young man with a tragic backstory, with the kind of rags-to-riches story the media fell in love with. He’s a genius, but he’s humble, and he’s handsome, but not in the waifish-Victorian-orphan way that Harry has going for him, but in a classic, American, boy-next-door way.
With a dichotomy like that, with Norman and Tony Stark’s famous feuds back in the nineties, and with Stark Industries and Oscorp being the top tech innovators in the game, it’s only natural that Harry Osborn and Peter Stark be rivals. It's a good story. Harry can't even blame the tabloids. Peter makes sense as the hero, and if that makes Harry the villain, then so be it.
