“You think, you might, be in love with me?” Bakugou cut through his flustered babble, sounding impatient. Shouto stopped. Bakugou looked definitely irritated now, scowling darkly, and shoved his notebook back at him. “Don’t give me that half-assed shit.”
For a moment, Shouto was so bewildered he just blinked at him, embarrassment forgotten. That’s what he had a problem with? Not that Shouto might be in love with him, but that he wasn’t absolutely certain of it?
Shouto falls in love with him, maybe. They're dating, probably. This will last, possibly.

Summary
Of all the glorified chores Shigaraki Tomura tries to pass off to Katsuki as extra-combat missions, Nomu duty is by far his favourite. It's oddly soothing, checking on each Nomu one by one, and re-mixing the chemical agent needed to keep them stable and alive. Of course, Todoroki Shouto would show up to ruin the one peaceful activity he could say he enjoyed.
(Breathing, as always, is difficult with him around.)

Summary
It was a game they played, or rather Shouto mostly played, armored with disapproval and an air of efficiency, pretending he cared that Katsuki was more brutal than necessary or that he maybe took too much pleasure in subduing their targets, pretending it was distasteful to him.
Katsuki was not sure if he was expected to ignore the way his eyes still gleamed sharply with interest when he buried his knuckles deeply into some hero’s throat, or the way his breath hitched and his cheeks flushed when he absent-mindedly licked specks of blood off his lips.
