Summary
They are remembering. Surrounded by jobs and school and everything perfectly normal in their modern world, they have finally found each other, and they are remembering. Well, the ones who survived long enough to make it through to another life.
Now all that's left is to stick together and start picking up the pieces of what so many nightmares and memories have nearly destroyed, and forget what can't be changed.
Because, as they had begun to realize from the beginning, the dead can't follow...Right?

Summary
Jean and Eren aren't exactly criminals, although there's a handful of IT and Business Affairs detectives scattered around the Upper Midwest who might take issue with the statement. They've just got...certain skills, that lend themselves well to certain tasks. Like finding out just HOW good that new security system your bank paid 50 grand for is. Making that pesky little indiscretion immortalized on the hard drive of a security camera just...not be there anymore. Taking payment in cash and not asking too many questions.
And then there's the new guy.
Marco's got a lot of skills, and some of them are pretty hard to nail down. But there's no denying he's a damn good actor...

Summary
Marco Bodt has a problem. He has the biggest hero complex out there, and though it gains him friends he isn’t thought of kindly by the police: they don’t appreciate a scruffy wannabe bohemian trying to do their job. He helps people, and then he vanishes. But when he saves a rather hostile man from being mowed down by an over-enthusiastic bus driver on the streets of Trost, he doesn’t get the reaction he expects. He gets shouted at for helping, for saving, and realises that sometimes people don’t want to be saved, or worse still, don’t think they should be.
He also begins to find that no matter how hard he tries, he can't pull himself away from the one person who destroyed his universe... and then put it together again.
One thing's for certain: it's going to be a hard pill to swallow.
