Summary
On the night before his wedding more than twenty years ago, Steve Harrington vanished off the face of the earth. While most, including his would-be father and brother-in-law, proposed that he just ran away from the marriage and changed his name.
His fiancee Nancy Wheeler and best friend Robin Buckley say they know better. They cite the fact that he left everything behind including his wallet. Also, the fact that there were no withdrawals from his bank account for anything not wedding-related in the weeks before or after his disappearance.
So how far could he get with no money? To them, this disproves that he ran at all. So the question remains What happened to Steve Harrington?

Eddie's grudge against Steve Harrington was baseless and petty, completely one-sided and undeserved. None of those things stopped him when he had Steve to himself and a plan in mind. A plan for Steve's mind.

Summary
Steve's mind is so clouded that he doesn’t even notice the shadowy figure in his path. It’s the scent of rainy pine with an accent of silky smoke assaulting his senses that finally gets him to take note. The alpha’s presence makes his inner omega keen with need while Steve immediately freezes. Looking up from the forest floor, he takes in the mysterious figure.
"Well, well, well… Steve Harrington. Do my eyes deceive me?" The alpha gives a deep chuckle that vibrates the air around them, "What brings you here? Don't cha know these woods are dangerous?" A wicked smile curves on the alpha's face. Brown eyes unforgiving as they trace slowly up and down Steve's body.
OR
Steve heads home from Robin's after his heat makes an unexpected appearance. He takes a shortcut home through the woods where a patiently awaiting alpha takes his opportunity.

Summary
Eddie is already leaning against the front counter toward him and looks like he might leap over it at Steve. He puts one elbow on the cracked plastic laminate surface near the till and then reaches up with his other hand and pulls the bandana down from his face.
His mouth is a twisted smirk, a giant, gaping hole in his head full of too many razor-sharp, yellowing teeth. His eyes flash bloody in the light, and Steve can see pointed ears through his hair. This isn’t Eddie. Steve doesn’t know what it is, but it’s not Eddie Munson.

Eddie comes back from the dead and goes after Steve. Steve barricades himself in the break room at Family Video. It's a very long night.
