You have always been aware of this, and you had never really cared. You never wanted to be a hero after all, so why bother? You liked heroes and all, but you never wanted to get caught up in the drama. It seemed like such an effort for nothing in return but pride and a few extra bucks. You couldn’t see the point in fighting for people that you will never meet, never care for, or never even associate yourself with.
Then again, you always hated when people called you names. So when you first developed your quirk and your parents got vocal about how much of a villainous quirk you had, you most certainly wanted to prove them wrong. As long you had a quirk, they shouldn’t be allowed to bring you down.
In your own eyes, you were perfect. But you just keep getting pulled down further.
