Summary
Andrew had a feeling Neil Josten was about to consume his summer. It wasn’t like he had anything better to do but he thought maybe, just maybe, he’d get a few weeks of peace. Andrew was starting to think he’d never know peace.
In an alternate universe where Kevin and Andrew grow up together and part ways for college, they reunite in their hometown a little more messed up than they left it. Neil Josten blows into town but oddly enough— “Neil Josten” doesn’t exist. The vagabond is on a cryptic mission to tie up the loose ends of their lives, trying to reach the finish line after a life of running. Kevin owes Neil his life and Andrew owes Kevin immortality.
