Summary
Everyone knows that dragons are greedy, selfish beings. There is little that demonstrates this more than their love of hoarding. Each dragon’s hoard will look different, but very few dragons have felt the urge to claim living beings as their treasure.
The dragon Furious has only kept one hoard in his long, long life: his blood-brother, Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the Second. After a century filled with tragedy and despair, the last thing that Furious expects is a boy, a key, a promise wreathed in flame, and one thought ringing in his mind like the peal of a distant bell:
MINE.
-An AU in which Furious hoards Hiccup, Hiccup must find the strength to claim his freedom and his throne, and the world as we know it (and as it could be) once again hangs in the balance between a boy and a dragon.

Summary
I lived with this hunger long before the Hail Mary. This is nothing new. I’m fine.
Right up until Rocky asks another question.
“When last time you touch other human person skin, question?”
Oh. Oh no. “When I… a few days after I first woke up here.”
Rocky starts to relax for a split second, but then tightens when something occurs to him.
“Grace crewmates dead when you wake up. You said this, statement. You not even know your own name, remember nothing, see dead bodies, confirm?”
I nod, because if I open my mouth I will gag.
“When last time Grace touch ALIVE human person, question.”
I swallow thickly. I don’t answer aloud because I know Rocky can hear the hitch in my breath. My stomach churns with fresh bile. He senses my vital signs tick over into stress patterns and goes very, very still again.
“Grace. When last time, question.”
I clench my jaw so hard my temples ache, and beg him with my eyes to just stop.
“Grace. Please say not when… when Evil Stratt humans put you to sleep.”
I can taste grass.

Summary
"Come on, show me your masterpiece," Grace said, feeling helplessly charmed. "What's it about?"
"Is proposal," Rocky said.
"Oh yeah?" Grace smiled. He stretched his arms up, reaching until his spine popped. Maybe taking a break from his experiments was the right call after all. "Sounds exciting. What are you proposing?"
"Propose Grace Rocky get married," Rocky said.
Grace twitched violently, fell sideways off the viewing platform, and banged his elbow hard into DGCR screen six.
Rocky and Grace watch a movie and talk about their friendship. Also they love each other to the ends of the infinite, expanding universe.

Everywhere around them was black, but not the type of black where it was dark. More empty. Illuminated yet empty.
